The commission
A half-acre community garden opens as a classroom with no fixed teacher. Gardeners, teenagers, and retired educators co-design a season of open sessions, then document what people actually learned.

Who holds a neighborhood’s memory, and how is it passed on?
The commission
Three families, three generations, one block. Recipes, recorded conversations, and household objects become a living archive that moves between home kitchens, with a mural as its public index.
